What do you do for fun when you're broke?

Well, broke to me just means instead of going all out and not caring on the weekends that we can only go out once to a not so nice place (but good food nonetheless) and we stay in and watch movies.
So lately that has consisted of

1) Tacos Por Favor (Carne Asada tacos!! to die for.. still dreaming of them) on Olympic and 14th in Santa Monica
2) Unurban Cafe (for hot chocolate or a chai latte) and listen to crappy open mic night. 

Please keep my grandma-in-law in your prayers.  She lives in Malibu and is very close to the fire.. she along with Harry (grandpa) and uncle/aunt-in-laws are up there with two dogs and they aren't evacuated yet but the fire is so unpredictable.
Also keep those at Pepperdine in your prayers.. I have many friends there and i know all residents are being evacuated there and its honestly not that safe for them to be there.. the fire can turn at any moment.
This sucks.. I can't do crap about it.

I GOT THE JOB! 

Just a few.. i have so many i could post but just the faves.

I am broke.  No.  Im beyond broke - Im overdrawn!
And so what better way to spend my time than to look at things I want (and can possibly buy soon?).
Im over having a part-time job!  I need some more money to buy clothes. 

Sunglasses:

These glasses range from like $10-275.  I think the cheap ones are the first and second to last ones.

Shoes:
These shoes range from $40-78.

Dresses:

These range from $23-54.  Im most likely to get the first one (i love EVIL GENIUS) and the third or sixth.

Shirts:

These range from $32-54.  I pretty much want all of these.. especially the feet one :)  Out of all the clothes on here, I'll probably get most of these shirts, since that is what i lack.

Pants:

These range from $54-60-something.  And they only have 30s which is what i usually am in expensive pants (it's like they encourage you to become anorexic).

Necklace:

Yesss.
Chiropractor appointment for tomorrow.. I can't wait.  Im in soo much pain.  
I haven't been since I was about 10 or 12.  Last time I remember it feeling amazing.  But this time Im going for a specific adjustment and intense pain.  This better work..

YES!!!
I have been so bored and discouraged being at home, but i now realize its been a gift from God.
I applied to work with children with speech delays and developmental delays, but you generally need your B.A. first.  I am only 13 units shy and they are all my electives so they called me to schedule an interview!!!!
I ALSO got called from Broadway Gymnastics (i applied to be a receptionist.. its an easy job and i love gymnastics.. when i was little i wanted to be in the olympics) and they want me to talk to them later tonight :)

I am sooo excited.

Wedding in 9 days. I was pretty unenthusiastic about it because of all the problems going on but after meeting with Brendon's aunt today and getting all the details sorted out im am really excited.

Trying not to be TOO excited because otherwise i won't be able to sleep for 9 days.
Lots of crap for me to do these next 9 days. Including relaxing.
Hopefully tomorrow i can lay out and get rid of my tan lines, and get a facial.

Thank God, because He has put so many amazing people in our lives who have been willing to pick up the stuff we don't have enough money to do. It's going to be beautiful ;)

When was the last time you did something dangerous?

Last Friday Brendon, Tegan and I went to Zuma and tried to pass this rock to go to an unoccupied nudist beach.
Well, to get there he put me on his back and i held tegan by her harness and underneath her stomach (on brendon's chest if that makes sense).  We got about half way there and realized there were all these slippery rocks and ended up getting pounded by all these waves.
We didn't get hurt but it was pretty fun and potentially dangerous!! haha i don't normally do anything dangerous so this is as close as it gets.
